Shipping delays during COVID-19
Due to COVID-19, shipping carriers and distribution centers are practicing social distancing protocols in their warehouses to keep their employees safe. As with everything now, health and safety is the highest priority. Accordingly, this may cause a shipping delay in your order. We apologize for this inconvenience during this challenging time.
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- Please allow up to 20 - 30 business days for all orders to arrive If you are based in Australia. For our beloved customers who reside in the United States please bear with us as orders are processed and could take longer than 30 business days. However this could be further delayed due to the covid 19 pandemic.
- Please note we are a fairly new brand and we are working 24/7 with our suppliers to process your orders faster. In the very near future we aim to have these time slashed in half for both countries.

- Shipping timelines do not apply to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
